Dr. Gao brings more than 20 years of successful experience in multinational corporations and leading CDMO companies. Prior to joining JYMed Peptide, he worked at Novartis for over 10 years, where he held roles across R&D, production, and operations.

As COO, Dr. Gao will support the CEO in overseeing the company’s overall operations. His key responsibilities will also include systematically optimizing internal processes, improving operational efficiency, and continuously advancing our lean operations system.
